Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping):

   Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service.

   No cancellation charges will apply if the order is canceled before it has been shipped.

2. Order Cancellation (After Shipping):

   Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers are advised to accept the delivery and then initiate a return (if eligible).

3. In-Store Purchases:

   Orders placed at our showroom can be canceled before dispatch or pickup. After pickup, our standard return/refund policy applies.

4. EMI Transactions:

   In case of cancellation/refund of EMI purchases, applicable bank charges and processing fees will be deducted as per the bank's EMI cancellation policy.
